Jesus often turned the world’s values upside down. The King of all kings came to earth, not in a palace, but in a humble manger. The perfect Lamb of God gave His life for broken and imperfect people. In Matthew 20:26-28, He told His disciples, “Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant… just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” As a church, we want to help you take your gifts and use them to meet needs, love others, and glorify God. For this reason, serving puts our faith in motion!

Serving in & out of the church

Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." That gives us a new and fresh perspective on how we are to live. Serving in our gifted areas inherently benefits those around us, but that is not the end goal. Serving makes us more like Jesus and makes our relationship with Him stronger, better, and fuller. If walking like Jesus means living like Jesus, then we must also serve one another as He did for us.

d-group leader

Leading a D-Group isn’t about having all the answers or having it all together—it’s about creating space for people to grow in Jesus together. As a leader, you help foster meaningful conversations, build authentic community, and walk alongside others in their faith. Some of the deepest growth in our church happens in small groups, and you can play a vital role in that journey!

first impressions

The First Impressions Team helps create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. From the parking lot to hospitality, communion, and baptism, this team plays a vital role in making people feel at home and connected from the very start. If you love helping people feel valued, connected, and cared for this is a wonderful place to serve.

fuel

Fuel exists to reach and disciple the next generation by pointing students to Jesus in a fun, energetic, and authentic way. Serving here could mean leading small groups, helping with meals, or supporting events—but all with the purpose of guiding students into a deeper walk with Christ. If you have a heart to invest in youth and see them grow in their faith, Fuel is an exciting place to serve.

LOCAL OUTREACH & FOREIGN MISSIONS

This ministry exists to share the love of Christ both in our community and around the world. You can get involved by joining one of our teams—Love in Action, Foreign Missions, Administrative Support, or Event Planning. Each one plays a unique role in living out the gospel and advancing the Kingdom of God. If you have a heart to meet needs and make an eternal impact, this is a powerful way to be part of God’s mission.

Motion kids

Motion Kids exists to help children build a strong, lasting foundation in Christ while partnering with families to equip them to lead spiritually at home. By coming alongside parents, we can nurture children to know who Jesus is, discover who He says they are, and grow in a personal, lifelong relationship with Him. If you have a heart to invest in the next generation and help build families rooted in Christ, serving in Motion Kids is a powerful way to make an eternal impact.

music ministry

The heart behind Music Ministry is unity. Using singing and instruments to bless the Lord in harmony with the body of Christ is part of what we have been designed to do! This team's purpose is to “start the sound” and invites others to join in, creating an atmosphere where hearts can focus on worship and God gets all of the praise. If you have a gift for music and a heart to worship the Lord while leading others to do the same, this may be the place where He is calling you to serve.

Prayer & Care

The Prayer & Care team exists to walk alongside people both inside and outside our church who are facing challenges or in need of encouragement. Through intercession, and at times meeting practical needs, this team shares the love of Christ and can lift them up in a tangible way. If you have a heart to lift others up in prayer and come alongside them with compassion, this is a meaningful place to serve.

Production

The Production Team helps bring Sunday services together in unity, creating an atmosphere where God is glorified and people are drawn closer to Him. Whether it’s running sound, slides, lighting, or cameras, this team serves faithfully behind the scenes to ensure everything flows smoothly for His glory. If you value excellence and love serving in a way that points others to Jesus, this may be the place for you.
