Meet our Team

Albert and Logan serve as pastors of Motion Church. Albert leads as the primary teaching pastor, while Logan oversees discipleship and outreach ministries. Together, they share a passion for reaching both our community and beyond with the message of Jesus Christ, meeting both spiritual and practical needs. Their heart is for people, for advancing the Kingdom of God, and for helping others reach their full potential in Christ. Albert and Logan live in Pamlico County with their sons, Eli and Judah, and value the blessing of family.

Becky helps oversee the overall operations of Motion Church, ensuring that the church and its ministries run smoothly. She values the opportunity to help people stay connected and to support the many areas of ministry that make Motion thrive. Becky is passionate about creating a foundation where others can serve, grow, and experience the love of Christ. She and her husband, Craig, live in New Bern with their son, Micah, and enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and serving together at church.

Holden serves as the Youth Pastor at Motion Church and has a passion for reaching the next generation with the love of Jesus. He loves building relationships with students and walking alongside them as they grow into dedicated followers of Christ. Holden earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Carolina College of Biblical Studies in 2021, which strengthened both his faith and his ministry. He and his wife, Kendal, serve together with a shared heart for students and a desire to see God transform lives. Holden is excited to see how the Lord will continue to move through Motion Youth to impact this generation for the Kingdom of God.

Mary Alex serves as our Motion Kids Ministry Director. She has a passion for helping children understand the gospel and build a strong foundation of faith in Jesus. Her heart is to guide kids in learning who Jesus is, discovering their identity in Him, and growing in their relationship with the Lord. She loves making the Bible come alive in fun and engaging ways that children can understand and enjoy. Mary Alex and her husband, Jeffery, live in New Bern with their two sons, Henry and Ellis, and enjoy traveling and spending time with family.

Aaron and Jessie work together to lead our music and creative ministries. They are passionate about helping others encounter the presence of God and using creativity as a way to draw people closer to Him. Their heart is to lead worship and use creative elements that inspire people to grow in their faith and seek the Lord with all their hearts. Aaron and Jessie live in New Bern with their Goldendoodle, Ruthie, and enjoy traveling and spending time with their families in the area.
